Bucket List
I have always been goal-oriented, and as I writer, I always feel compelled to write down what I want to accomplish in the coming years. Thus, a bucket list. I also know that life rarely goes as planned, so if things don’t go your way, keep trying and adapt! I rarely put time limits on my goals and I keep the details to a minimum. Keep your ideas simple; what’s important is that you reach your goal, not the means to which you do so, right?
Here’s what I have so far:
Write a book.
Publish a book (self-publish or through a publisher).
Start my own business.
Successfully run a business.
Travel to 50 countries and all 50 states (have been to 46 states).
Ride a roller coaster.
Raise a child (eventually – also my biggest fear).
Stay out of debt.
Graduate from college. ✔
Learn to ride a motorcycle.
Obtain my MBA.
Design and produce a line of clothing (even if it’s just for me and my friends).
Write over 1,000 blog posts.
Buy a house.
Book over 50 speaking engagements.
Help DK New Media grow to its full (and desired) potential.
Write lyrics for a song.
Sell a painting/drawing.
Have a loving, long-term relationship (whether that be marriage or otherwise).
Open a restaurant or store.
Learn how to cook something edible.
Give a TED talk (eventually).
Move to another state, even if I eventually come back.
Love myself for exactly who I am.
What do you want to do during your lifetime?
